Our client is a well-established full service creative production and event execution organisation that specialises in bringing the client’s dreams to life through creative and innovative in-house audio-visual services for large scale conferences, weddings, product launches, events and private parties using cutting edge technology. We are recruiting an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales and client servicing to exceed the audio-visual revenue and profitability budget whilst maintaining an excellent standard of event organisation and execution.
Source new business and repeat opportunities through a proactive sales approach with events and meeting planners, hotels, producers and corporate and government organisations.
Prepare sales presentations, quotes and bids and negotiate contractual terms to win the business.
Work closely with the production and operations team to deliver the event seamlessly to meet the client’s expectations.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
5 years’ business development, sales and client acquisition and client servicing experience in the events industry with a minimum of 3 years’ similar experience in the UAE / GCC with demonstrated sales success in managing multiple projects.
Strong established relationships with events and meeting planners and MICE hotel teams,
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Proficient use of MS Office including Excel.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Bachelor's Degree is preferable
Currently living in the UAE.
Fluent in English – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Able to work in the evenings and weekends.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality.
