Our client is a well-established retail centre and we are recruiting an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join their team in Abu Dhabi to manage the customer service team and ensure that all customers and visitors enjoy a convenient and successful shopping experience that leads to increased sales and customer satisfaction.
Supervise, lead and train the customer service team to ensure that high levels of customer service are met and maintained, and all customer issues are dealt with promptly and resolved satisfactorily.
Liaise with operations for customer feedback and suggestions and conduct customer surveys.
Interact with visitors and customers over the telephone or face to face to provide customer advice, resolve issues and complaints and provide comprehensive information about the centre and services.
Liaise with tenants for promotions, loyalty programs and events.
Liaise with security, operations, engineering and retailers for any issues related to the mall operations.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 3 years UAE experience in face to face retail customer service within shopping malls, retail centres or large brand stores manning busy reception and front desk areas.
Proficient use of a computer and PoS system.
Diploma educated as a minimum
Arabic male aged between 28 – 32.
Fluent in English and Arabic – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English and Arabic.
Must be able to work on a shift pattern, weekends and public holidays.
Currently living in the UAE – preference will be given to candidates living in Abu Dhabi.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
