Our client is a well-established wealth, investment and asset management firm and as part of their expansion, we are recruiting a UAE experienced business development manager with a strong background in new business opportunities pipeline development and contract value growth from existing clients.
Source and develop new corporate business opportunities for financial services, group or individual life insurance, retirement and education planning and funds, investment management services, volatility managed investment portfolios.
Conduct market research on financial services products and services, prepare sales presentations and proposal submissions.
Work in conjunction with third party providers and financial intermediaries to increase client acquisition and retention.
Provide account management and client relationship management to ensure that all issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
Currently working in a business development and client acquisition role in wealth management, financial services or investment management with 5 – 10 years’ experience in client acquisition, sales, business development and client relationship management at senior level in the financial services, wealth management, investment management or capital markets industries with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the UAE.
Proven track record in overachieving sales targets in a performance based commission environment.
Strong background in consultative sales and due diligence with excellent financial and commercial acumen.
Currently living in the UAE
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Fluent in English – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
