Our client is a prestigious luxury hotel brand with a growing presence in the UAE and we are recruiting an experienced Recruitment Manager to develop the end to end recruitment strategy, systems, processes and platforms for new and existing properties.
Develop an annual recruitment plan for existing and upcoming hotels and establish end to end recruitment processes, systems and online and offline recruitment platforms to attract and retain operations, management and support functions candidates.
Set up and manage job boards, social media, recruitment open days, career fairs, UAE nationalization programs, internship progams and advertisements.
Liaise with senior management to establish and manage manning guides, headcount and payroll budgets.
Manage the recruitment process from initial screening, final interview, trade tests and assessments, feedback and offer letters and employment contracts.
Establish a network of overseas recruitment agencies and manage recruitment budgets.
Liaise with HR and senior management to establish and manage succession planning for existing and new hotels.
Manage the organisation’s career pages.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
7 – 10 years’ experience in UAE / GCC hospitality recruitment either from a hospitality recruitment agency or as in-house recruiter and proven ability to attract and recruit hotels related candidates at all levels and nationalities.
Previous experience of working on UAE / GCC nationalization programs, recruitment open days, career fairs and internship programs.
Proficient use of MS Office and an applicant tracking system.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
Fluent in English – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Currently living in the UAE.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
