Our client is a locally owned well-reputed and well-established organization with diverse business units, and we are recruiting a UAE experienced Human Resources Manager to join their Dubai head office. This generalist role will focus on providing HR support to senior managers and employees on matters related to employee relations, disciplinaries and grievances, recruitment and onboarding, compensation and benefits and performance management.
Recruitment and selection, manpower planning and budgeting, new hire orientation and onboarding, manage investigations, disciplinaries and grievances, salary and benefits increments, manage the annual performance review process, employee surveys and ensure that all policies are administered and managed effectively.
Manage the employee accommodation.
Develop HR policies, procedures and systems.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
10 – 15 years’ Human Resources experience with at least 5 years’ stable UAE generalist HR experience with a well-reputed organization in the UAE.
Strong background in HR management, recruitment and selection, labor turnover reduction, writing policies and job descriptions, manpower planning and budgeting and managing policies and performance management and remuneration issues and UAE immigration, visa and labor laws.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
Currently living in the UAE.
Fluent in English – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Fluent in Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil or Telegu to deal with the majority of the workforce.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Strong and outgoing personality to effectively manage business relationships.
