Our client is a world-renowned turnkey energy solutions organisation serving clients across a wide spectrum of industries. We are recruiting an experienced outdoor B2B LED lighting sales manager to join their LED lighting systems team which is expanding in Dubai. The role will focus on increasing annual sales volume for a wide range of light fittings and

The Role

Lead generation and liaise with contractors, consultants, architects and end users to source, prospect and win industrial and commercial business opportunities for new buildings and retrofits using state of the art energy efficient lighting systems to meet annual sales targets.

Conduct site visits, prepare market penetration strategies, annual sales budgets, prepare pre-feasibility technical and financial proposals and attend industry networking and trade events.

Essential Skills & Experience Required

8 – 15 years’ experience in industrial and commercial LED lighting sales with a strong understanding of project and consultative sales in the new build and retrofit industry and generate new business opportunities.

Strong financial and commercial acumen and price and contract negotiation skills.

Experience of successfully negotiating and closing complex sales opportunities with “C” level and technical decision makers.

Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint and CRM systems.

UAE driving is mandatory.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is mandatory.

Candidate Profile

Currently living in the UAE.

Fluent in English – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
