Our client is a well-established medical facility based in Dubai and we are recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to increase revenue through new business opportunities and partnerships with corporate organisations for employee health and welfare, hospitals, nursing homes, insurance companies, specialist medical consultants, third party administrators and pharmacies.
Source new opportunities to increase brand awareness and revenue through partnerships with hospitals, specialist medical consultants, insurance companies and brokers and corporate businesses for employee health and welfare.
Prepare RFPs, bids and quotations.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
8 - 10 years’ UAE revenue targeted business development and sales experience in the medical and healthcare industry with strong relationships with insurance companies and brokers, specialist healthcare providers, third party corporate businesses and hospitals in the UAE.
Excellent working knowledge of revenue cycle management in the healthcare industry.
Ability to generate sales leads, client appoints and close new business deals through business referral marketing and networking, RFPs, proposals, cold calling, site visits.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to present solutions, negotiate and close sales effectively.
Proficient use of MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Currently living in the UAE.
Fluent in English – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with excellent executive level presentation skills.
