Our client is a leading construction and property developer and we are recruiting a UAE experienced office manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi to provide administrative support to the executive team and operations.
Manage the administrative function and activities ensuring all tasks are carried out effectively to meet the operational demands.
Collate data and prepare monthly performance reports for the executive team.
Arrange internal and external meetings, take minutes and disseminate these in a timely manner.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
8+ years administrative management experience with a minimum of 3 years’ similar experience in the UAE and managing budgets.
Proficient use of MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong financial and commercial acumen
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
Currently living in the United Arab Emirates – preference will be given to candidates living in Abu Dhabi.
Fluency in English – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Extremely well organized, self-motivated, able to work under pressure to tight deadlines, has high level attention to detail and able to work on their own initiative.
