Our client is a fast-growing F&B trading and distribution organisation based in downtown Dubai and we are recruiting an experienced 3PL logistics and supply chain executive who will be responsible for customer service, inventory and supplier management and support in procurement and logistics.
Management of distribution, demand / supply planning, inventory management optimizing storage and working capital, air and sea freight and land transportation.
Managing customer orders to delivery and receipt of payments.
Carry out operational and administrative supply chain activities related to local and international shipments such as processing customer orders and air and ocean imports and shipments, domestic freight, supplier and inventory management, procurement and client services.
Vendor management and management reporting.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
5 – 10 years’ experience in an F&B related 3PL logistics & supply chain management role in the UAE with strong experience in distribution, inventory planning and management, fulfillment planning, supply chain operations and sea and air import and shipments and domestic freight.
Excellent working knowledge of Dubai municipality food distribution requirements and sea freight and shipping procedures including JAFZA import and export regulations.
Proficient use of an inventory management system and strong analytical skills.
Advanced skills in Excel is mandatory.
Currently living in the UAE – must be able to commute daily to downtown Dubai.
Fluent in English – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
