Our client is a well-established construction and MEP contracting firm and we are recruiting an experienced technical project administrator to join their Sharjah engineering team to provide administrative to the project managers.
Prepare correspondence and reports, contracts, change orders, operations and maintenance manuals, contract document contract including drawings, and liaise with the client, contractors and subcontractors, architects and consultants.
Assist with RFPs and tenders.
Arrange meetings, take minutes and follow up on actionable items.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
7+ years technical project administration experience with a minimum of 3 years’ similar experience in the Gulf.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with advanced working knowledge of Excel and project management software.
Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
Currently living in the United Arab Emirates.
Fluency in English – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
